My flash All About My Father made the shortlist of 20 in the inaugural flash fiction competition from (b)OINK zine, judged by Kathy Fish.
I’m excited to be awarded third prize in the Remastered Words short story competition with my story ‘Agency’ which was published earlier this year by The Ham. This means my story will be recorded by a voice artist and be placed in an upcoming audio anthology.
I’m delighted that one of my short stories has been selected for the Bath Short Story Award shortlist 2017.
I have had two flashes accepted on the longlist for Reflex Fiction. One will be published by the end of September.
I was fortunate enough to be invited to Hackney, London by Lily Dunn to teach a class of people in recovery from addictions about flash fiction. The group produced some great work in a short amount of time.
